Garnet Powder Grinding Processing

The grinding process: The crushed garnet materials was feed into vertical roller grinding mill by vibrating feeder. Then we begins the garnet crushing process.

Garnet-powder, having its self-sharpening function, a top polishing effect, low consumption and good fineness of polishing, this product may also be used in the electronic semiconductor industry. Garnet powder is the ideal material for polishing various surfaces, due to the perfect polishing quality. Garnet-powder can be useful for the manufacture of cement.

Inside the garnet grinding plant, we can use roller grinding ball mill, vertical roller, grinding mill or Raymond mill to accomplish the grinding process. If you need more thin garnet powder we have to use garnet super thin mill and garnet making machine. The tiniest fineness could reach 1000 mesh (0.013mm).

About the garnet

garnet

The garnet group includes a group of minerals that have been used since the Bronze Age as gemstones and abrasives. The name “garnet” may come from either the Middle English word gernet meaning ‘dark red’, or the Latin granatus (“grain”), possibly a reference to the Punica granatum (“pomegranate”), a plant with red seeds similar in shape, size, and color to some garnet crystals.
