After the primary and secondary crushing process, the quartz aggregates meet the max. Feeding-size of the VSI crusher (Gulin VSI crusher for sale max. input-size is about 50mm). If the VSI crusher adopts cascade feeding, the quartz is divided into parts by the distributing plate in the center when they come down from the hopper. One part will enter the impeller of high rotating-speed and will be accelerated in impeller and then flow out at an extremely speed (it is about 60-70m/s). They will impact materials that fall from distributing plate edge and all of them will go to the vortex cavity and form lining material and rebound back for crushing again until they fall downward and discharged from the VSI crusher. If central feeding is adopted, the quartz material will go through the hopper and enter the impeller directly. Then they are accelerated and thrown out at a high speed and impact on the guard liner plates.
