Dickite
Dickite is an aluminum silicate mineral, it identical to the composition of kaolinite (kaolin), pearl rock, but crystal structure is different. This is called a homogeneous effect. Dickite crystal flake, crystal aggregates are usually very small. A clay mineral. We know Shoushan stone, bloodstone and other valuable stone; its main composition is actually the dickite.
Dickite is coming from the quality alum stone raw material extraction; it more activity than alunite which is manufacturing highly efficient, low-alkali, the preferred raw material of concrete admixture. Mainly with low alkali expanding admixture and a rising standard of additive used.
Chemical composition: 180 mesh cushion: Aluminium oxide: 25%-30%
Sulfur trioxide: 11%-13%
Dickite grinding machine
Raymond mill is popular in some dickite processing plant, which features of small space and strong integration capability. The final grain size of dickite powder is between 0.613mm-0.044mm. The Raymond mill adopts electromagnetic vibrating feeder, which ensures even and regular feeding. The electricity system of the Raymond mill is centrally controlled, so no people are needed in the operating room.

The ball mill can grind the dickite into powder down to 0.074~0.4 mm and ball mill for dickite is the most economical and practical dickite grinding mill with high crushing capacity. All the finished particles have a good uniformity of fineness, with passing screen rate as high as 98%. This is what other machines cannot reach.
